Sponsor the Awards
We could really use some help in providing awards for our racers. This small investment will definitely attract more racers and means more business for all of us. Here is an EXAMPLE of what we would like to offer. Just a suggestion.
Overall winning Team—$500
Second Place Team—$300
Third Place Team—$200
What you get out of it:
While we are giving out the award we will mention the sponsor making it possible as well as give you great exposure on our website with direct links to your store's site. Also if you have a product to donate as a prize instead of cash that would be fantastic as well!
Sponsor a Training Session
$250 per session
What you get out of it:
We are offering something new. We are having training clinics throughout the year that are free to participants but a great way for companies to reach a very specific target audience! We are offering biking (road and mountain), kayak, trail running and navigation training sessions. We can set it up to have everyone meet at your store before we head off to train. Same benefit as a "packet pickup" type deal. Your company logo and link will also be on our special sponsor’s web page.
Sponsor a Checkpoint
$150 each
What you get out of it:
Your company’s name will be at a designated checkpoint during one of our races. Each participant must find these checkpoints during the race in order to finish. A great Advertising opportunity! Your company logo and link will also be on our special sponsor’s web page. Typically there are about 5-10 checkpoints per race.
Sponsor the T-shirts
$100 for your logo on the back
What you get out of it:
Want to advertise your company on the back of our t-shirts? Every racer will receive a t-shirt in their race packet. The size of your company’s logo will depend on the number of sponsors we receive. Your company logo and link will also be on our special sponsor’s web page.
Contribute Goodie Bag Items
What you get out of it:
Every race participant will receive a bag with their shirt and bib number. What else goes in there is up to you. What would you like to contribute? If you are a race director and want your race flyer in there, just send me 100 copies and it’s there (we do expect you to do the same for us). Do you have bags with your company name on them? Call or e-mail us to see what will work for goodies and bags.
